Dallas Brides Feature

The latest issue of Dallas Brides, published by Modern Luxury magazine, is full of fabulocity! Check out the digital version of the issue (how convenient is that?) to see what’s the latest and greatest in the bridal world in Big D.

I was excited to be a part of their Wed Dossier cake section. Check out the cake topper I created for The Cake Ball Company ladies, on pg 48. (use link above, then flip through the pages).

I also enjoyed creating beautiful bouquets for the models at the Tru Salon opening event, as well (pg 87). Tanya Carpenter has done an amazing job creating a high style setting inside an old mansion in Uptown. She can take care of all your bridal party needs in one place: hair, makeup and even a pre-wedding champagne party! Check out the bouquet I created for her advertisement:

Brides of North Texas Feature

I am honored to be featured in the inaugural issue of Brides of North Texas Magazine! One of my favorite brides (and weddings), Katie Kowalski, looks stunning in her short and sassy couture dress on the first page of the feature, pg 49. All the photography was done by my adorable pal and talented photographer, Kari Crowe. Check it out on newsstands today!

in the latest issue of Dallas Brides (from the publishers of Modern Luxury), BranchingOut is featured on page 42 in an article written by Rebecca Sherman  titled “Scuptural Integrity”. it’s true, people are loving how i’ve incorporated succulent plantings in my event design. details of lichen, fungus pieces, antlers and quartz crystals really make these pieces unique.

recently, i created a huge planting in a galavanized wash basin for a client’s sunroom. the basin sits on an antique stand and gets rave reviews from all who see it. (pictures of that to come)

here’s a few shots that show a little more of the detail of the planting featured in Dallas Brides. and many thanks to Rebecca for such a complimentary article!  i love how she quoted me on the phrase “cuckoo crazy!”
